HUBB Survey... Tell us what you think!

The Homecare Union Benefits Board LLC (HUBB) is conducting this confidential survey to determine the level of satisfaction Homecare Workers have regarding HUBB insurance benefits and costs and HUBB and Union services.

All Homecare Workers who complete the survey and include their contact information will be entered in a drawing to win a $50 Safeway gift certificate. HUBB will award four $50 Safeway gift cards. You do not  need to be a HUBB member to win. Any Homecare Worker who fills out a survey and returns it by June 30,2008 is eligible.

HUBB 2008 surveys are due back to the HUBB office by June 30, 2008 at 5pm to be eligible for the drawing. To be entered in the drawing for the $50 Safeway gift card you must include your contact information on the survey.
