During Open Enrollment, eligible homecare workers may enroll for HUBB insurance and add dependents to insurance coverage. This year, dental plan changes will not be allowed during open enrollment. New members & family members enrolled during Open Enrollment will have coverage effective April 1, 2010. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES, DO NOTHING, AND YOUR COVERAGE WILL CONTINUE AUTOMATICALLY AS LONG AS YOU REMAIN ELIGIBLE.
